In 2007, KAROUN DAIRIES INC. registered in New Brunswick began operations, supplying Karoun Dairies Inc Mediterranean origins cheeses Karoun to retailers in Canada.

Karoun Dairies Inc Mediterranean cheeses Karoun are all natural.

Braided String Cheese Karoun, Ackawi Cheese, Nabulsi Cheese, Grilling Cheese and other specialty gourmet cheeses are produced following traditional artisan recipes and techniques.

Karoun Dairies Inc Mediterranean origins products are sold under the proprietary KAROUN brand of our licensor, bear the Karoun Dairies SAL logo and are under its constant supervision.

KAROUN DAIRIES SAL was incorporated in 1972 by Ara Baghdassarian, Alice and Khatchik Khatchadourian.

A modern plant having a capacity of 4000 l/hour was built in the Beirut suburbs of Bauchrieh, Mount Lebanon.

It is fully equipped to produce efficiently fresh dairy products and to be CIP cleaned. It has its own laboratory and maintenance facilities.

The new plant took over from the old facility of Karoun Dairies SAL predecessor: Laiterie Karoun.
